All Delivery and Content Partner Voucher Purchase Instructions
CompTIA Delivery and Content Partners are eligible to purchase discounted vouchers according to their partner level by accessing the CompTIA Store or Pearson VUE's voucher store.
Purchasing Vouchers on the CompTIA Store
- The Store features an interactive map guiding customers to the appropriate store to buy vouchers based on their country of exam delivery.
- To buy vouchers, the customer chooses vouchers in the left navigation pane.
- Once the transaction is complete, the vouchers will be issued to the customer, normally within one to three hours and occasionally within up to one business day.
- The primary method of payment is credit card.
To complete a CompTIA Store voucher purchase:
- Go to www.comptiastore.com.
- Click my account.
- Log in or register as a new customer and then click my account again.
- Look at the box at the top with "please read, important information" in bold red letters. Click on the link in that box titled validation. Four boxes will show up:
- Enter the first and last name listed on your account.
- Enter the e-mail address that you registered yourself with and logged in with on the Store.
- Enter your membership ID and click validate.

- Once you have completed these steps, return to the Store and log in to your account to start shopping. Your discounted pricing will appear in your shopping cart.
